There are a small number of users on s30 which has had connections issues for a couple of weeks now. We have moved users over to a new IP. If you are using s30.myradiostream.com as your stream address then no action is required from you, however if you use the IP then please log into the control panel to get the new IP. Due to the way that DNS works, it may take a few hours for service to fully switch over to the new server.

We are experiencing the same problem as yesterday again so will be moving s31 to a DDoS protected network. If you use the IP address to stream to your server then you will need to update it but if you use the server address (s31.myradiostream.com) then it will automatically update and you don't need to change anything.
The change will be complete within a few hours from now. The old IP will be kept online for some time.
We are currently looking into a problem with s31 which has resulted in the server going down. There is no need to open a support ticket.
We have no ETA at the moment but if you log in and click on the Start button then your server will start back up automatically when s31 is back online.
