Hard drive failure

UPDATE:

The hard drive has now been replaced and the server reinstalled. All services are now back to normal, apologies for the inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

ORIGINAL POST:

There has been a hard drive failure on s12 which has caused an interruption to service.

We are working on getting the drive replaced and expect that to be complete in the next few hours.

If you need to get your stream back online straight away then you can change your server:

1) Log in to the control panel
2) Click the [Change] button next to your server address
3) Read and understand the information provided
4) Choose a new server and confirm the change

You will then be assigned a new server, your old server settings cannot be recovered.
