S19 issue [resolved]
We are aware of an issue affecting customers on s19 and are working to restore the affected services ASAP. Thank you for your patience.
If you need to get back online straight away then there is an option to change to a different server in the user area. To do this, click the [change] button next to your server address. This will allow you to set your stream up on a different server.
Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve the issue.
Update: the cause if the outage was a power supply unit which has now been replaced.
