s10 issue, hard disk replacement planned

Due to an issue with the hard disk, a server crash is imminent so in order to avoid unnecessary interruption to your service we have decided to replace the HD.

This will be done at some point today and will result in around 30 minutes of downtime.

The control panel functions (start, stop, restart) will also be disabled temporarily until the replacement is complete. If you need to restart your server then please open a support ticket.

This work is now complete, service is back to normal.
