UPDATE: The issue seems to be resolved and all servers are responding again, but as with any outage you may experience some buffering for a little longer while the network stabilizes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Due to an issue with s1, our supplier is replacing the server hardware. This will result in some downtime, but we hope to have service back up ASAP.

UPDATE: The hardware issue is now resolved, the problems that some customers have experienced over the last couple of weeks are now permanently fixed.

We are experiencing issues with s1 due to a hard drive failure. A new hard drive is due to be replaced shortly and we hope to have service back to normal ASAP.

UPDATE: It is taking longer than normal for the supplier to provide a new hard disk, so we have decided to attempt a reinstall on the existing disk. Service is now back to normal, but at some point we may need to schedule the replacement.

Our network provider in Europe is currently looking into a network issue that’s currently causing buffering for some customers and may be affecting your service. They are aware of the issue and hope to have service back to normal shortly.

There is no need to open a support ticket as we are currently waiting for the network provider to fix the issue.
